The 2024 RAM 1500's Hemi V8 engine will be eliminated in the 2025 model year. Now, an all-new inline-six system with mild-hybrid tech is available and generates 305 horsepower. The Hurricane twin-turbo inline-six is offered in two formats, delivering 420 horsepower and 540 horsepower. Some trims for both model years also come with upgraded brakes, an upgraded engine cooling system, an electronic locking rear differential, Bilstein adaptive dampers with a lifted suspension, and other equipment.

Appearance

The improvements to the exterior of the 2025 RAM 1500 are minor yet impactful. They include a few new paint colors, wheel styles, and headlights. Otherwise, the 2025 RAM 1500 is comparable to the 2024 model year. This truck makes a prominent statement on the road with its commanding height and powerfully styled front end. The muscular sculpting over the hood combines with a massive grille that holds the RAM logo. The long, horizontal LED headlights and the thick, molded bumper complete the look. Select trims come with skid plates, a split multi-function tailgate, RamBox, 35-inch all-terrain tires, and other gear.

Features

For 2025, the 8.4-inch touch display screen from last year will grow to 12 or 14.5 inches. In addition, the RAM 1500 is available with a 10.3-inch passenger display screen for the first time. If you choose the all-new Tungsten trim level, your RAM 1500 adds a Klipsch sound system with 23 speakers, quilted leather upholstery, and massaging front seats. Features offered in both 2024 and 2025 are a wireless charging pad, a blind-spot warning, a navigation system, heated and reclining front and rear seats, Ram Connect, a wireless internet hotspot, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, forward collision mitigation, and numerous additional features.
