What's New for the 2025 RAM 1500?
The full-size RAM 1500 truck takes its appeal to a new level in 2025 with an all-new trim level as well as improvements to its exterior design, cabin features, and engine options. The range-topping Tungsten joins seven trim levels that carry over from the 2024 model year. The trim levels from the base level up are the Tradesman, Big Horn, Rebel, Laramie, Limited Longhorn, Limited, and TRX. The truck continues to be available with two cab options and two-bed sizes.
Under the hood, the RAM 1500 eliminates the Hemi V8 engine from 2024 and adds an inline-six, mild-hybrid engine that produces 305 horsepower. Two twin-turbo Hurricane inline-six powertrains are available, offering 420 horsepower or 540 horsepower. The available mechanical features in select trim levels are unchanged, and these are a lifted suspension, Bilstein adaptive dampers, a rear electronic locking differential, premium brakes, and enhanced engine cooling.
The 2025 RAM 1500 is offered with new paint options and wheel designs on the exterior. The exterior lighting has also been revamped for a sharper, modern look. Overall, the body design is unchanged. This model is recognized for its bold presence on the road. Its look is established by a tall, sculpted hood and enhanced side accents. The RAM logo runs across the wide grille. Some trim levels offer a RamBox cargo space, skid plates, 35-inch all-terrain tires, and a multi-function split tailgate.
The updates to the 2025 RAM 1500 continue in the cabin. The infotainment system screen grows to either 12 inches or 14.5 inches. Passenger infotainment is also now offered at select trim levels. In the new RAM 1500 Tungsten, you will find massaging front seats, quilted stitching for the premium leather upholstery, and a 23-speaker Klipsch sound system. Additional features from the 2024 RAM 1500 are Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, forward collision mitigation, a blind-spot warning, a wireless device charging station, an internet hotspot, a navigation system, and heat and reclining functions for both rows.
